My workshop

Handmade, pixel by pixel, shipped from France

My name is Thomas. I give orphaned cartridges a case again and tired games and consoles a fresh label: Game Boy, Game Boy Color, GBA, DS, Nintendo 64 and Super Nintendo. Everything is drawn, printed, cut and assembled here, by hand.

▶ MY WORK

Cases and labels designed for the shelf

A cartridge without a case is a game you no longer dare to display. I make custom DS-style cases for Game Boy, Game Boy Color, GBA and DS games, and universal cases for the Nintendo 64 and Super Nintendo: double-sided HD cover, matching spine, sturdy brand-new case.

For cartridges with a damaged or missing label, I offer custom replacement labels (Game Boy, GBA, N64, Super Nintendo) and shell labels for the back of consoles and N64 cartridges: standard, holo or metal.

▶ MY PHILOSOPHY

No blurry scans, no compromise

  • Every artwork is rebuilt by hand in high definition: backgrounds redrawn, text retyped, logos replaced in HD, colours revived.
  • Spines follow one shared design per console: a whole collection lines up perfectly.
  • Professional inkjet printing, tests for every new design, zoom check before shipping.
  • Custom fan creations, to customise or replace the case and label of a game you already own.

▶ FINISHES

Our finishes explained

Standard, 4 holo films and metal: what they look like and which products offer them.

Real photos, effect not retouched. Labels: holo films shown on Game Boy Color shell labels, Standard and Metal on a Sapphire label. Cases: Standard and Metal on Pokémon Gold, holo films on Pokémon Red. The shine changes with angle and light.

Standard

Sharp print, revived colours, no film. The look closest to a cover or label as you remember it.

Glittering confetti of varied sizes that light up area by area, like the dotted covers of the era.
