Price for one case, using the cheapest option offered (a protected tracked letter for a DS-style case where available, otherwise pick-up point, locker or Colissimo). The rate changes with the number of cases and is recalculated in your cart.

Free shipping
- France: free shipping from 35 € for cases, from 20 € for labels only.
- Labels only to other countries (except the United States and overseas territories): free shipping from 40 €.
- Belgium, Germany, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Poland, Austria: from 50 € for cases.
- Other European countries, Canada, Japan, Australia: from 90 € for cases.
- No free shipping to the United States or overseas territories for cases. The cheapest option becomes free; a pricier option (home delivery, for example) keeps its extra cost.
Tracking and pick-up points
With a tracked letter, a pick-up point or Colissimo, you get the tracking number by e-mail as soon as the order ships. A standard letter has none.
For a pick-up point or locker (Mondial Relay, Chronopost) you choose the point at checkout. A phone number is required in that case because the carrier sends you a text message; otherwise it stays optional. Please collect your parcel within the time given by the carrier.
Outside the European Union
Any customs duties and import taxes are set by the destination country and are paid by the recipient.
